This website provides information and an invitation to enquire. Browsing the site, sending an enquiry or viewing a starting price does not place an order or create a project contract. An accepted written proposal sets out the project-specific scope, price and timetable. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
1. Company and contact
Smartifytech is the brand of SMARTIFY TECH LTD, company number 16820833, registered in England and Wales. Our Registered Office is Unit 13 Freeland Park Wareham Road, Lytchett Matravers, Poole, England, BH16 6FA. This is a registered office address, not a stated walk-in customer office.
For service enquiries or questions about these terms, use our contact page, call +44 7353 021482, or send a message through WhatsApp. Our Companies House record provides the public company details.
2. How projects are agreed
Website design, WordPress, WooCommerce and software work is scoped individually. Before a project is agreed, our written proposal should identify the deliverables, assumptions, revisions, timetable, fees, payment stages, any third-party costs, and any support or maintenance included. A contract is formed when both sides accept the proposal in writing or by another clearly agreed method.
If a proposal contains project-specific terms that differ from this page, the accepted proposal governs those commercial details to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights always remain in place.
3. Scope, changes and cooperation
We deliver the work described in the accepted proposal. Requests for extra pages, features, integrations, revisions or ongoing support are discussed and priced separately before they are added to scope. You remain responsible for providing the content, approvals, access and permissions that the agreed work requires, including the right to use any images, text, branding or data you supply.
If information or approvals are delayed, we will discuss a reasonable timetable adjustment rather than silently changing the agreed deliverables.
4. Prices, third-party costs and payments
Prices shown on this site are starting prices, not a checkout total or a binding quote for every project. The written proposal sets out the actual price, payment schedule, any applicable VAT treatment and the third-party items required for the agreed scope. Hosting, domain renewals, premium plugins, licences and other external services are identified separately where relevant.
We will not add optional paid items or recurring services without agreement. This website does not take payment for website design projects.
5. Delivery, review and handover
We will carry out services with reasonable care and skill. Milestones, review rounds, testing, handover materials and launch responsibilities are set out in the proposal. We will give you an opportunity to review the agreed deliverables and raise issues against the agreed scope.
Website speed, search visibility and availability can depend on content, hosting, third-party services and later changes. We do not promise a particular search ranking, traffic level or uninterrupted operation unless a specific commitment is agreed in writing.
6. Intellectual property and third-party materials
The accepted proposal should state which rights in bespoke deliverables transfer to you, when that transfer takes effect, and what licence applies to any reusable components. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, images, hosting and other services remain subject to their own licences and provider terms. Supplying material to us does not change your ownership of it.
7. Consumer rights, cancellation and refunds
If you are buying as a consumer, UK law gives you rights in relation to services, including reasonable care and skill and, where applicable, repeat performance or a price reduction. Those rights cannot be removed by these terms. A qualifying distance or off-premises service contract may also carry a 14-day cancellation right, subject to the statutory rules on early performance and other exceptions.
Read our Cancellation & Refunds policy for a plain-language explanation and how to tell us you wish to cancel. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are the primary legal sources.
8. Questions, complaints and governing law
If something is unclear or does not match the agreed scope, contact us with the project reference and a description of the issue so we can review it. You can use the contact methods above or write to the Registered Office. We will consider the contract and any applicable statutory rights when proposing a resolution.
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these terms and any related dispute are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or any consumer right protected by law.
